BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Business Development Director | Full Time

THE ROLE

In this newly created role, you will help determine and lead the execution of Analytix's strategy for marketing and client relationships.  Understanding the industry, our solutions, and adjacent categories, you will identify, qualify, close, and execute go-to-market plans.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • 5-7 years of B2B and/or Fortune 500 new business development experience

  • 4+ years of selling technology and/or financial solutions

  • Marketing experience a plus

  • Enterprise IT experience a plus

  • Strong prospecting background

  • Solid understanding of digital B2B marketing

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management and task management abilities

  • Strong leadership characteristics

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit

  • Ability to proactively consult with clients on effective marketing techniques

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program

  • Passion for new technology a plus


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct consistent, high-quality prospecting and relationship building through social media, email, phone, and in-person

  • Pursue new business and account acquisition, with consistency, creativity and vigor

  • Demonstrate knowledge of a client’s business and present effective strategies to win business

  • Identify qualified opportunities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the financial markets and derivatives trading

  • Utilize command of marketing concepts to effectively position creative solutions

  • Partner with technical team and clients to develop effective and creative ways to understand their requirements

  • Report and track new business activities

  • Desire to exceed measurable performance metrics

  • Present capabilities and pitches with intent to win

  • Travel 10-20% of the time

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Senior C# .NET Developer / Architect | Full Time

THE ROLE

The Senior Software Developer manages all aspects of the development processes.  In this role you will design, customize, maintain and develop new solutions to meet client requirements on our proprietary, highly sophisticated and user-friendly software, built on the .NET framework.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • 7+ years development experience in Visual Studio, RDBMS, MS SQL Server, Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Azure.  

  • Must have 2+ years of experience working as a Technical Lead or as a Developer Team Lead

  • Demonstrate knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), design patterns, frameworks and concepts

  • Experience in the Financial industry is a plus

  • Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis

  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization skills.

  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to multi-task against tight deadlines

  • Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in day-to-day people management either as a People Manager, Team Leader, or as a Technical Lead

  • Client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests

  • Actively and effectively initiate process improvements

  • Ability to take an active role in training new and current associates on best practices, protocols, and other topics as needed

  • Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed

  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related area

  • Passion for new technology


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete development work for all assigned projects by established deadlines agreed to by both client and project team members

  • Ensure thorough understanding of system functionality requirements prior to beginning development by probing for additional information as needed

  • Be available and responsive to system issues

  • Improve client satisfaction by managing the identification and documentation of project scope changes

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects

  • Directly contribute to client's success through applying your technical expertise

  • Deliver on projects in accordance with project plan on time and at cost

  • Work with team to define detailed specifications for specific functionality requirements

  • Provide analysis for technical solutions based on functional requirements

  • Provide consultative services on technical issues to clients and internal project teams

  • Participate in development of system test plans

  • Troubleshoot technical issues

  • Keep abreast of latest developments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in software development and testing

  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to meet our client's needs

  • Follow processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions
